Divorce Recovery

It's time for you to Move Toward Healing (M2H)! No one wants divorce, really. Ending up in this position may cause you to question everything.

Join our divorce group  to learn how to emerge wiser, healthier and kinder to yourself. Do the hard work WITH us to prepare you for the new life you're building. Let's get you moving UP!

Topics include:

• Overcoming trauma
• Establishing boundaries
• Detaching with love and respect
• Improving self-care
• Understanding what happened

This is a three month recovery group, but you can start at any month. You can choose to do one, two or three months. The sessions will be from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. More times will open in the near future. If this slot doesn't work, please connect with us to get on the interest list.

Cost: $250/month or $700 for 3 months
